On the nose, in addition to the typical fruity notes of the vine of origin (red fruits), the aromas reminiscent of typical Ligurian herbs such as thyme and rosemary are decidedly interesting.
Elegant but precise on the palate, it is soft and enveloping.

Bain-marie distillation confers remarkable fragrance due to the juiciness of the marc and the rigorous cutting of the heart of the grappa.
