Delicate with hints of slightly ripe fruit, floral with a hint of spice and lots of Mediterranean scrub.
In the mouth it is dry, warm, soft and well structured. An excellent wine to accompany meat and cheese dishes.

Vinificazione
The hand-picked grapes after the harvest are softly crushed on arrival in the winery. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 28° for 6/8 days in stainless steel tanks.
Refined for 7 months in oak barrels and 1 month in bottle.
